For all participants of IBS 2012, the organizing committee is pleased to offer sufficient rooms at hotels with discount rates.

To take advantage of these discounts, participants are kindly advised to make an on-line hotel reservation via the IBS 2012 website.

* Deadline for hotel reservation:  June 30th, 2012

In case of reservations made after this date, we may not assure the special discounted rates quoted.

Therefore, early hotel reservation is highly recommended.

Please note that the standard double rooms in Inter-Burgo EXCO (Venue hotel) and Crystal hotel have been fully booked.

Even though your presentation schedule is not fixed, please make a room reservation before the deadline. You can change the check in and out dates after.
