Accommodation Information

For all participants of IBS 2012, the organizing committee is pleased to offer sufficient rooms at hotels listed below with discount rates. To take advantage of these discounts, participants are kindly advised to make an on-line hotel reservation via the IBS 2012 website.

Reservation should be made before June 30, 2012. In case of reservations made after this date, we may not assure the special discounted rates quoted. Therefore, early hotel reservation is highly recommended.

* Available Booking Dates: Sept. 16 ~ Sept. 21.
If you would like to stay the other dates, please contact IBS Secretariat at reservation.ibs2012@gmail.com.

  • step2. Log in with your ID and Password
  • step3. Go to on-line accommodation page
  • step4. Reserve a room
  • step5. The invoice will be sent.
  • step6. Send back the invoice to secretariat with your valid card information by fax
  • step7. Receive the reservation confirming e-mail

* Please note :
  • The room price is per room per night. (Breakfast is not included.)
  • Rooms will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis, early reservation is recommendable. After June 30, 2012, room availability and price may not be guaranteed.
  • The special price only apply to IBS 2012 participants who book via on-line Hotel Reservation System of the IBS 2012.
  • Any changed and cancellation should be requested in writing via e-mail at reservation.ibs2012@gmail.com

* Payment :

Please make payment for room charges and the other individual charges directly at the hotels when you check in.

  • A valid credit card information is required via the invoice by fax in order to confirm and secure your reservation. Please print out the invoice and send IBS 2012 secretariat with information of your card.
  • Please note that the card information is not for payment, but for just to guarantee your reservation.

Cancellation Policy

Any changes & cancellation should be requested in writing via e-mail or fax to the IBS 2012 secretariat at reservation.ibs2012@gmail.com.
Cancellation and refund policy are followed according to the regulation below.

  • Cancellation request by August 15, 2012: No cancellation penalty
  • Cancellation request between August 15 and September 13, 2012: 50% of one night room rate will be charged as penalty
  • Cancellation request after September 13 and No-show: One night room rate will be charged as penalty

* No-show: When guest do not check in without any notice in advance.
